TaDa! No, it doesn't taste as good as the real deal, but it's better than not having any. All that's missing is the soda bread (see link below for 4 years ago). But that might happen later this week. Who knows?
In other news: I painted for five hours, then came home and worked on my files for a while.

Yum. I love corned beef and cabbage.
Corned beef and cabbage in my home province of Newfoundland, is called Jiggs dinner. Oh so good! We don’t have it much any more.
