U - V - W
U is for Unknown: I got a package today. Tomorrow, I'll tell you what it is. The contents are rather exciting, but it needs a whole post.
V is for Voted: I did. I'm sure you did too! (OK, if you are in the USA.)
W is for Writing: and it's also for Winner! The Accentuate Writing contest for September had "vengeance" as the theme. I tried an experiment in the format of the story, and I wasn't sure if I succeeded in telling the story well enough. Well, I guess I did, because "The Third Person" won first place!
Some of those stories that previously won should be available soon. The next book in the series to come out is Elements of Love, and I have a winner in that one, and a digital download.
If you are an aspiring writer, a published or underpublished writer, I can't recommend the Accentuate Writers Forum too much. Lots of support, resources, and places to submit writing, and plenty of chat, too. It's free!

Congratulations on first place :-)
I love getting parcels... I had a mystery parcel when I got back from holiday. Unfortunately it didn't turn out to be anything exciting :-(

Congratulations on your win for the story! :-D

Congrats on your win! Curious about that package... :)
Congratulations! It's so nice to be rewarded for something you enjoy doing and doing it well.
John- So sorry your mystery wasn't fun. My hubby got a mystery parcel too, but his was just new checks that he forgot about ordering.
rainfield- books are always good, but this wasn't books.
Dennis (James)- thanks! You should enter.
Ann- Thank you... I hope that some of my winning tales will be available soon.
Jean- I appreciate it. A writer with no readers is lonesome, eh?
Ivy- Thank you. As you can now see, it's quite a treat... but probably not something you need where you live!
Emma- Thank you... if only I could figure out how to get paid for doing it well. Haha!
