Just a textural essay featuring cold water in several different places this past week. Frozen ripples, not frozen ripples and ice crystals. Today was wonderfully sunny, but I didn't get anywhere very scenic. I thoroughly enjoyed the sunshine, but you get ice pictures anyway!

I like the ice pictures. I need to drive a little ways to get to see this kind of stuff for myself. The closer trails around here don't go near enough to the water.
Beautiful shots, Joan!
It looks like I have opened my fridge.
Those pix are amazing. Love 'em.
Some interesting patterns and textures. I don't mind ice as long as I'm not out in it :)
