What a Teenager!

 
Look who was checking out something just outside my kitchen door! It's an immature red-tail hawk. You can tell it's not fully grown because of the mottled chest and the banding on the tail. Look at those fluffy legs!

What a gorgeous visitor! And you didn't have to work hard at all for that incredible shot. That's why I always carry my camera with me. Perfection, Joan. You must be really pleased with that one.
