Transition Day - Day 79

It's absolutely pouring, but we are settled in our new trailer space. You can up my trailer-backing competence one more notch. This was definitely a cortisol-raising test, but I did it!

We had to bid farewell to Jeff and Cathy this morning. It's totally impossible to believe we've only known them for two weeks. They feel like family to us. friends

Sunny was happy on their hillside, even in the snow. farm scene

Meg, red border collie

and Toby came to accept us as family too. small white dog

We had so much fun providing feedback and input for the musical they are writing. Here, they are singing one of the songs. man and woman singing

We will have to see what tomorrow morning looks like. Right now, this is just rain, but the temperature is going to drop like a rock after midnight, so everything could be ice by the time we get up.

There has been no rest today. We both did a bunch of "real world" stuff, did shopping and errands, and moved the trailer. My internet connection here is pretty bad. I'm just hoping I can actually post this. (Nope... posted next day)
