Best Buds

Nothing much happened today. I chilled. I got a few more things straightened out on my computer. I put a few things away. I went to bell choir practice. I ate a big salad for dinner which made my tummy very happy. It poured rain for most of the day, so very little more stuff was unloaded from the trailer. I thought I would take a picture of pretty sky between storms but by the time I went outside with the camera it had completely turned gray again!

So, instead, here's a reminder of the great times with my friend, Marie, this last month. Neither of us is getting any younger, but that mostly affects how we look, and certainly not how we enjoy spending time together.

I let myself have a rest day today. Maybe I'll be ready to exert a bit more energy tomorrow. We'll see...

That's a nice picture of you and Marie. Glad you had a good time on your trip. I think a bit of resting up after a trip is essential.

Isn't it wonderful to have a friend like Marie? How lucky you are to find a friend who loves hiking and camping as much as you do!
