Exercising My Core

Marie has commented that she thinks I need to exercise my core more in addition to doing so much walking. Got that covered for today. Of course the snowblower wouldn't start. Of course this is my fault for not getting it ready for the season two months ago. Shoveling it is.

I started with the bottom and cleared where the snowplow had filled it in. All you can really see in this picture is the piles on either side. snow filled driveway

Then I started at the top and worked my way down 25+ feet at a time, until I was either cold or tired. Then I came in and rested a bit before going back out. I got it about half done. Almost to the barn. snow shoveled driveway

There's an 8-10" wall where I need to start tomorrow. snowy wall

There is no other news. I will sleep well tonight.

See Still Tough Enough

It makes me tired just reading about it. Having a short driveway in the winter is a blessing for me.

Ugh. That is a daunting task, for sure. Our snowblower died this year too....blew up as Joe was testing it back in October... thank goodness it was then! Now I tell my kids....look for a house with a short driveway. :)

Good luck...and be careful!
