I keep trying to get pictures of stark winter trees caught in lights. Finally got one that really pleases me tonight. A tiny bit of snow on the branches enhanced the effect.

Today was super busy, and I'm not quite done. Re-wrote a chapter and then wrote one more. Laundry. Bookwork. Got ready for writers' group and then attended. Still have to go through the feedback comments.

Awesome picture.
There is a large sycamore tree near our barn I love to watch it at night through the office window. Illumination from the yard light allows me to see it "dance in the dark" as the wind caresses its branches.
Charlee: "It looks like that tree is jumping out and us and saying boo!"
Chaplin: "I'm not afraid of it. I'll still climb it all the way to the top."
Charlee: "Good luck getting back down, then!"
