Lake and River

A very busy day, but I had one work assignment in the afternoon with a long drive, so I just enjoyed it!

Here's the Muskegon River at route B35

Muskegon River

And here's Black Lake in Oceana County. This is not the same Black Lake as the one where Ellen and I nearly froze but were determined to have a "picnic."

Black Lake

Nothing complicated to share today. I was going to say nothing profound, but that's not true. Warm breezes, blue sky and water, a couple of hours of wandering less-traveled roads, and I am happy. That's what this blog is all about. And that is profound.

When you can bring those elements together, life is good.

Nothing beats having the time to wander around and feeling happy. That lake looks very peaceful

Right. Simple, pleasant, but profound.
