More Kayaking!

Do you hear an echo? My Saturdays with one hour of sleep since Friday morning are getting to be a habit. My brain is running on fumes, so I think I'm headed for bead.

Great day, though. The monthly outing with the Spirit of the Woods trail club was a kayak trip on the Manistee River. There were 23 of us. The day was weather-perfect and the water was wet and chilly when we got too hot.

Does Loretta look good in her kayak or what?

After that I helped with the writer's group booth at the Art Fair, and then went to a concert/service and potluck dinner at a church I like. Stick a fork in me. I'm done.

That looks like so much fun. I wish I wasn't so terribly afraid of deep water.

Where do you find all the energy to keep going?

Ratty- most places in this river are 3-4 feet deep.

Ann- If the Saturday events are engaging enough, I'm ok

Chuck- A lot of logistic work, but so much fun!
